Cassia Medical is a mixed billing clinic. Cassia Medical will bulk bill most standard appointments however minor procedures and some consultations may incur a small out of pocket cost.

You will be advised by our reception team if the service you are booking incurs an out of pocket cost.

Telehealth appointments via phone are available. Please note that Medicare only rebates telehealth appointments if you have been to the practice or seen a Cassia Medical GP in person within the last 12 months. If you have not, but would still want telehealth, it will be charged as a private consultation and no Medicare rebate will be available.

Psychology

Lee Hughes is a registered psychologist who accepts patients via the Mental Health Care Plan, DVA, Workcover, or as private full-fee patients. Please note a valid referral is required at the time of your appointment for a rebate to be processed and a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your first appointment.
